Setting up the Smart Landmine
Without a rack:- Stack several weight plates or bumpers- Insert the Landmine mount into the plates- Slide your bar into the landmine and secure it with the tightening screws.With a rack: - Insert the rack end of the landmine into the holes on your rack- Position it so you can insert the safety pin- Insert and secure your bar.The Smart Landmine fits 50 mm and 28 mm bars, thanks to its adaptor.
